1. If it’s a funny ass gif but it’s posted as a text post, I’m going to repost it as a photo text so that my theme will auto-fit it in my posts column.  But I will cite who posted the original because that’s the right thing to do
2. If you, as my follower, add a caption to a post I want to reblog, I’ll leave your caption if it’s RELEVANT to the post.  If it’s something like “OMG JAKE LOOK A FUCKING DUCK”, then yeah I’ll delete it.
